All persons depicted on this website and in our advertising were at least 18 years old at the time the material was produced.
Statement
NURU BAR, s.r.o. confirms that every person shown in photographs, videos or advertising creatives on this website was of legal age at the time of production and gave written consent to publication.
This website does not and will never display content involving persons under 18, or content that imitates such persons.
How we verify age
- A valid photo ID is verified before any material is produced.
- For every person shown we keep a record with date of birth, production date and a signed model release.
- Records are stored separately from the website and are not public.
- Copies of IDs and releases are provided to advertising networks and public authorities on request.

Territorial scope
The operator is based in the Slovak Republic and all material is produced outside the United States, so the record-keeping duties under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not directly apply. We maintain equivalent records voluntarily to meet advertising network requirements and to evidence that everyone depicted is an adult.
Zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for content depicting minors (CSAM), non-consensual content, human trafficking, and deepfakes made without the consent of the person depicted. Such content is removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities.
Reporting content
If you believe any content breaches this statement or shows you without consent, write to info@nurubar.sk. We review every report and take disputed content down within 24 hours of receipt.
