How we handle personal data for bookings, communication and advertising measurement.

What we process
- Booking: name, e-mail, phone, selected service, time slot and notes.
- Deposit payment: order identifier and payment status from the payment provider. Card details never reach us.
- Advertising parameters: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and a click identifier if you arrived from an ad.
- Technical data: IP address and server logs when you access the site.
Purposes and legal basis
- Handling your booking and payment — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Measuring advertising performance and preventing abuse — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who receives the data
- Website hosting and delivery provider.
- E-mail provider used for booking notifications.
- Payment gateway when you pay a deposit.
- Advertising network, limited to a conversion confirmation, if you arrived from its ad.
Retention
Bookings are kept for 24 months after the visit, accounting documents for 10 years as required by law. Advertising parameters are stored in your browser for at most 30 days and are then deleted automatically.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use third-party advertising cookies for cross-site tracking. Your browser stores the 18+ confirmation, the admin login session and the advertising parameters of your last ad visit. Traffic is measured with a cookieless tool that does not identify individuals.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send requests to info@nurubar.sk. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.
